A complete course of the tax code
The purpose of the training course is: for practicing accountants, entrepreneurs, managers employed in the financial sector and all other interested persons, to fully study the use of the tax code, by-laws, orders of the Minister of Finance in practical activities.
During the training course, all the issues will be discussed that will help the trainees to accurately evaluate any economic operation taking into account the tax legislation of Georgia and to be able to make the right decisions precisely and on time.

Mid-term exam;
Profit tax payer and taxation objects;
Tax rate, distributed profit, tax exemption;
Dividend distribution from net profit received in accounting periods from January 1, 2008 to January 1, 2017;
Mid-term exam;
Deductions and losses .Expenses related to income, deduction of expenses. Depreciation charges and deductions. Losses and loss carryforwards;
International taxation. international controlled operations;
Income taxation at the source of payment;
tax accounting rules;
tax administration rules;
value-added tax;
excise duty;
Excise payer, taxable operation, time of operation and excise rates;
Submission of declaration, payment of excise duty, calculation of excise duty;
import;
Mid-term exam;
property tax;
Tax offense and responsibility, tax dispute;
transitional provisions;
Review of No. 996 of the Minister of Finance of Georgia, other orders and methodological guidelines (manuals) containing significant and substantial tax risk;

Training will be held: 2 times a week.
