The aim of the training course is to familiarize financiers with such important legal bases as
Law on New Entrepreneurs,
contract law,
deals,
Labor Code,
seniority,
Deadlines for withdrawal
and other legal issues.
During the course, the student will learn at a professional level:

forms;
☑️Registration of a legal entity
procedures;
☑️ drafting the charter of the entrepreneurial entity
and the specifics of making changes;
☑️ Convening the general meeting of partners
specificity and meaning;
☑️ Exit of the partner from the company
and exclusion procedures and prerequisites;
☑️ transaction forms and invalidity;
☑️ contract law – the specifics of drawing up different types of contracts;
☑️ Significant aspects of the Labor Code;
☑️ in civil and business law
☑️ Appeal terms and conditions.
The course provides an opportunity for its participants to gain knowledge and develop important skills such as analyzing complex and unforeseen problems in the field of private/business law, developing appropriate approaches to their solution, as well as communicating their legal conclusions using legal terminology orally and in writing.
